Vintage wide brim black floppy crushable HAT............measures 21 3/4 inches in circumference..........4 inch brim in front and 3 1/4 inches in back.......tags still attached.............MARKED:  MILLINERY-FROM THE YOUNG TOWNERS' HAT SHOP-MEDIUM..............when held to light, there are 2 pin holes from what I would assume might have been a hat pin..................sold as is, no refunds or returns..............GREAT VINTAGE.
